Breakfast Sammies
Behold the almighty E McMuffin. Chef E's creative approach to eggs in the backcountry just might take drive-through breakfast out of the game.
Ingredients

12-16 oz plant-based egg substitute, Just Egg

Plastic container works best if your cooler uses ice​

Alternatively, 1/2 dozen whisked eggs in a container/jar

Colby jack cheddar slices
-
6-8 pk turkey sausage patties
-
try Impossible or Morningstar veggie patties to stay on the plant-based theme!​

6 pack english muffins

Olive oil
Step One:

Start cooking the sausages
Step Two:

Split english muffins in half; oil half & place a slice of cheese on the other half

Set all muffin halves on tin foil over the fire

Cook until cheese is melted and muffins are toasty
Step Three:

Heat oil in small pan over fire

Add eggs to hot oil and cook, stirring occasionally
Step Four:

Remove food from heat

Assemble breakfast sandwich as shown
