Campfire Meals
I have made many a meal over a fire. Too many to list, but here are some staples:

Though hesitant to share this coveted recipe, Erin has blessed us with her campfire cinnamon roll secret to success.

It's like quinoa but also with beans. This is a stick-to-your-ribs meal, best enjoyed post-hike. Protein time!

Quick and easy, you can throw this one together with just about any food you have on hand. Reminiscent of summer camp.

Think Starbucks, but in the backcountry. Fuel up for the day!

Hands down the best dessert a camper can make. And it's fruit, so...healthy, right?
